About Us
Banyan Homes is a Property Development Company which was founded in the City of Wolverhampton in the West Midlands by our Director Parminder Dhesi.
He has had a varied career graduating in 2001 with a Maths bias degree, with 15+ years’ experience in Telecommunications. Having a passion for real estate he re-trained as a Quantity Surveyor in 2016 gaining extensive experience in managing projects across different disciplines from Highways, HS2, retail banking, social housing, new builds and commercial sectors.
At Banyan Homes we aim to create forever homes across the midlands and Worcestershire region for families that can be cherished by its owners and in the community. We aim to create energy efficient homes with the use of sustainable materials in building homes to be at the forefront.

With years of experience in the property industry, including managing a successful HMO business before founding Banyan Homes, we understand the importance of effective communication and collaboration.
